Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

1. Definitions

“Toth-Leanboost” shall hereafter be referred to as “Leanboost”.

“Leanboost Materials” means all proprietary content, methodologies, frameworks, canvases, templates, training materials, assessment models, diagnostic tools, scoring systems, algorithms, visualisations, software features, and any related intellectual property developed, owned, or licensed by Leanboost.

“User Content” means any data, text, content, documents, business information, or materials uploaded or created by users within the Leanboost Services.

“Derived Models” means any structured outputs, analytical structures, benchmarking models, scoring logic, or transformation frameworks generated using Leanboost Materials or embedded methodologies.

2. Ownership of Leanboost Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Leanboost Services and Leanboost Materials remain the exclusive property of Leanboost and its licensors.

Leanboost Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws worldwide.

Nothing in these Terms grants users any ownership rights in Leanboost Materials.

3. Ownership of User Content

Users retain ownership of their User Content and underlying business data.

By using the Services, users grant Leanboost a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and use User Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Services.

4. Ownership of Methodology and Derived Models

Leanboost retains all intellectual property rights in:

  • its methodologies

  • frameworks

  • canvases

  • assessment logic

  • training concepts

  • scoring structures

  • analytical models

  • Derived Models

even where such outputs are generated based on User Content.

Users may use insights and results internally for their own business purposes but acquire no rights to reproduce or commercialize Leanboost methodologies or structural outputs.

5. Restrictions on Use of Leanboost Materials

Users agree not to:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or commercialize Leanboost Materials

  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract Leanboost methodologies

  • create derivative consulting models, frameworks, training programs, software, or services based on Leanboost Materials

  • white-label or represent Leanboost methodologies as their own

  • use Leanboost Materials to build competing products or services

  • use Leanboost outputs to train third-party systems intended to replicate Leanboost methodologies

6. No Public Sharing or Publication

Users may not make Leanboost Materials, canvases, assessment structures, or methodological outputs publicly available, whether digitally, in print, or through training, consulting, or academic publication, without prior written consent from Leanboost.

7. Trademark and Brand Protection

The names “Leanboost”, “Toth-Leanboost”, all Leanboost method names, logos, visual identifiers, and product names are trademarks or proprietary designations of Leanboost.

Users may not use these marks in:

  • marketing materials

  • publications

  • training programs

  • consulting offers

  • software products

  • domain names

  • social media representations

without explicit written permission.

8. Feedback License

If users provide suggestions, feedback, or improvement ideas relating to Leanboost Materials or Services, Leanboost may use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

9. Intellectual Property Infringement Policy

Leanboost respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

Leanboost may suspend or terminate accounts of users who infringe or repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

If you believe that content within the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a notice including:

  • a signature of the rights holder or authorized representative

  • identification of the intellectual property allegedly infringed

  • identification of the infringing material and its location

  • your contact details

  • a good-faith statement regarding unauthorized use

  • a statement under penalty of perjury regarding accuracy

Leanboost may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and may notify the responsible user.

Users may submit counter-notices where applicable.

10. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted to users are reserved by Leanboost.
